Hello everyone!
After spending a fair bit of time perusing the forums here as a guest, I thought I would register in order to be able to interact with all the knowledgeable people on here.
My girlfriend and I recently welcomed a 6 month old Green Cheek Conure to the family. He/she is unsexed as of yet. He is learning to step up, while becoming more comfortable in his surroundings and beginning to explore outside his cage.
My girlfriend has had budgies in the past, and I have never owned a bird previously (numerous other creatures, but no birds) we are both looking forward to continued bonding with our new friend and many years of fun together.
