Hi everyone, I have been delighted to have two Green Cheeked Conures for about seven years. Kesha is almost seven, and her bonded lovey is named Koko who is a little over three years old. I find parrots fascinating the more I'm around mine as well as others I meet along the way. I look forward to hearing and sharing stories, and getting valuable advice from people who are very knowledgable about caring for parrots.

We live in Graham, NC, the central part of North Carolina. My wife named the one bird Kesha because she's from Russia & it's a famous cartoon of Kesha the parrot who gets into a lot of mishief.

Hi, sorry it took so long to reply. My wife is from Russia and she named our oldest conure Kesha after the cartoon parrot.
