Ah, sorry about the eczema. I used to suffer badly from it as a child, but not as much as I've gotten older.

Pretty much any grain is fine for them. Once again, multi grain stuff is healthier though than "white" foods. But, they can have bread, pasta, oatmeal, non sweetened cereals.

Thanks roxynoodle, I just tried the white rice, gave them a few single cooked grains they liked it. Bread has other ingredients in it like refined fats, salt, yeast, would that not be bad? Do I cook the oats, or can thay have rolled dry oats?
 
They can have raw oats, though they really like cooked oatmeal (use water, not milk), and you can hide veggies and stuff in the oatmeal without them noticing if they are picky.

The bread is fine as long as they aren't eating a lot of it.
