New food

Hi friends out here,I want to change sakos food to a more heathery brand,She has been mostly on seeds and the name is zupreem,so I want to change to harrisons,The zupreem is the fruit blend with natural fruit flavers which scarse me when I read natural anything ,all dies..
So I got a bag of harrisons adult lifetime course,and need help on the best way to win her off the other and onto harrison,she does not like the taste so far.
Any help well be much apresheated.

We did the same with our tag, she wasnt the easiest to convert but she started eating all her pellets when we switched her pellet bowl to her highest perch. Now she eats all of her pellets before even going to her seed bowl.
