Lucy - Red-Bellied
Jessie - Senegal
With my husbands help, we built a new playgym for Lucy (Red Belly) and Jessie (Senegal). I did a lot of research and it is made with wood and material that is all safe for the birds. It made it a little extra challenging for my husband to build, but I think he did a great job! We still need to add a food and water bowl and a few toys.

i may have to try that for my little Sennie

Wow that sure looks great, thanks for sharing.
You giving us some great ideas.......
Thought this might interest some members......
I took an old hostess trolley, attached a playpen on the bars.
A board on the bottom, where Mishka's potty goes, and she walks around on.
It has wheels, fantastic when going from room to room.
Mishka calls it her car eeeoooowwww

what a great job! We're going to need something like that when Ruby comes home. I'm sure Jade and Max would enjoy it as well.

If I may ask...what sort of material are the flat tray parts made of?

Very nice!! The speaker for my last Phoenix Landing meeting is taking the bases of old strollers and attaching a cage and calling them cageollers. She then takes the birds outside in them under the trees. Wish I had a photo.

Please could you tell me how you connected the legs to the base and what materials you used...would be very interested to know...Hugo is in need of a new playpen!
