New Cage

His color looks so much better. To me anyway. Fresh Pineapple and oranges for breakfast in the morning.
His Chest feathers are still coming in and kinda look yucky. Total attitude change with the new cage. Even Boyfriend can get close to him now LOL

And once he gets used to being handled all the time again, the mush mac in him will come out. Then you'll really see what big goofy lap birds these guys are...

A little attention goes a long way with a big mac!

The cage is nice and BB is beautiful! He looks for happy, definitely enjoying his new digs, lol.

So, I am dying to know, how did he like his cardboard box?! Did that get the goofy bird head bob eye flash thing going?!

I cut one box into squares and hung them with peanuts hidden inside. He is still working on that one. TOTALLY insane about it. Will grab and swing it then attack it when it hits him LOL
The one at bottom of cage he has not messed with much. Not sure why he does not like the bottom of the cage.
I might be wrong but I think because of that little carry cage he in so long. It was just one of those screen transport for a dog. He was so HUGE in that. No where to really turn and no perch.

Funny but Boyfriend and I came home at the same time. BB started Yelling HI HI and waving LOL

Yeah, well Maggie spent 8 years locked up in her cage. One of the first things she did at my place was to break the door latches so she couldn't get locked in again...

The prefer to be up high. But mine will go down and explore a box...

With my two little foragers (my CAG and my Lilac Crown) I actually just throw the box on the floor in a corner of the room... and walk out.

It doesn't take long for them to wander down...

Those two have a phone book a week shredding habit!

Oh he has has a blast with the cardboard i strung on a wire. Spooked me a little because I thought he was eating it. Then again I worry a lot about him lol.
I have a very long weekend coming up . Off work tomorrow and do not have to go back until monday so Lots of time to chill with him.

Oh I gave him some Pomegranate for the first time . He went nuts over it .

That's an outdoor food in my house.

Messy stain-ey when flung! But I've never actually seen a bird that didn't go nuts for one. [Or didn't end up making me wear it. Here let me wipe my beak on your sleeve...]

@ Birdman. one of those egg cartons Kinda like cardboard........ Few nuts scattered inside attached to the side of the cage and HE WENT NUTS . I used tie wraps to attach it. Way to funny to watch

Damn! I never thought of that one, and I finished off the eggs this morning. I could've made one of those...

Yeah, just poke two holes in the box, and zip tie it to the side of the cage.
