New cage!

I've been looking for a new cages for ages and had my eye on the double flight cage, but couldn't seem to find one anywhere. Well, thanks to a fellow aussie showing me an Australian website, I managed to buy one online! It finally arrived yesterday and we put it together last night. It's awesome! I'm really happy with it, and so are Lola and Mimi! I had so much fun putting their toys in there, so much more room to play around with, and it's so many easier to hang things on! Waaaay better then the old cage.

It has a divider also, but as with the old cage, obviously won't be used, since they live together! Nice to have for any kind of emergency or something, though!

Here they are "helping" by perching on one of the parts while we put it together.

Annnnnnnd the finished product! love love love it.

i like your set up, your birds are very lucky! where is the watermelon platform perch from? it's very nice! i have something similar called a sundeck but it's all metal. i'm always on the look out for new cage finds.

Love them...

I use these cages for all my inside birds... Budgies and cockatiels have one, my alex has one and my ekkie has one... I love the fact that they are rectangle.... longer than higher... easy to clean, and easy to roll outside or into another room...

They are just roomy!

Thanks guys! I love it, it's such a great setup! Love having the shelf on the bottom, too. I've just moved all the bags of treats, seeds, nuts and pellets into containers, so now it looks much more neat.

I got the watermelon platform (and nurmerous other toys!) from thingsforwings.ca - it is a fantastic toy site! Highly recommended.
