so today i got given 2 adorable 4 week old IRN bubs to hand rear for my friend :] they are so precious! wish i could keep them :[ lol

Me as well! I give kudos to all the people brave enough to hand feed baby parrots. They are just so small and fragile!

lol its not that hard to hand rear. it can be very dangerous if you don't know what your doing though! i've only ever raised 3 bubs so these are my 4th and 5th :] and hopefully my fids breed next season so i'll have more to do then!!! seriously hand raising is the BEST experience, i love it so much :] it makes me so happy. im going through some pretty deep stuff at the moment and this is basically my medication LOL that and counselling haha! but yes its the best job in the world :] i love seeing them grow up strong and healthy and knowing you've helped them become what they are, they are beautiful creatures.
