new born macaw feeding

Hello all this is my first post ,

I've got a couple of blue and gold macaw that have successfully mated and we have our first baby macaw.
It's one month old and it's weight is around 200gm. we are feeding him every 4h during day time and It doesn't have any feather yet.

1st question is, how much quantity should we feed him?
I read once that it should be the 10% of its body weight, but we think it's a lot to give him 20ml of the feeding formula.

And 2nd question, Does anybody have a chart or something similar to compare if it is growing good and healthy?

Lets see if someone with info more detailed for blue and gold macaws or just macaws can answer me.
