Great news, have just got off the phone to my breeder and he said our baby girl is ready to come to her new home. He has now weened her for the last 2 weeks and she is now feeding herself properly. He has been weighing her daily and her weight is now steady. So on Sunday i am going to collect her. He said she is very happy eating pulses, and small seed ie millet. He has also said he will give me some of her food to bring home. Then i am sure all the common anxieties will be on me lol. No doubt i will be trying to pick all your brains over time. Terry :red1:

How exciting!!! I'm a few weeks behind you. Oliver will be coming home in early January! He graduated to a cage last week. I've been visiting weekly to bond. I can't wait to hear more about your little girl...:rainbow1:

Thank you Jollyjess80! I'd love to hear about your first day with your Ekkie and all the transitions!!! Oliver comes home in a few weeks. Every week we visit I'm shocked at his growth!

Congrats, I can just imagine how excited you are

I never slept the night before Mishka, my AG arrived, and the following two nights.
I kept watch over him, with a torch in my bedroom LoL

Hoping to see loads of pics

Antoinette, I so get what you're saying. I'm excited beyond imagination to get Oliver home. I feel like his biological mom with separation anxiety! I've been preparing by reading everything I can get my hands on. I just purchased two cages (one for my "get-away-house) and a training stand along with some toys.
