Never underestimate power of a nut!

Well my husband Steve (CaptSteve) Ordered Silus a play gym . I was excited for my boy! Play gym came and my oldest son put it together, Silus wanted nothing to do with it!!!!!!!!! He stayed as far away from it as he could last night.

Well I took some nuts and put it in his dish and I put some toys at the bottom, still nothing. So I started playing with his toys and put a nut in the bottom, and what do ya know he got that nut!! Here's some pictures of his progress.

Still need to add things to it,but i'm so proud of my boy!!!!

Silus ,looks like a handsome guy !!! Im sure he will love his new stand . I took in a rehomed goffin in June . Im amazed you don't hear to much about these guys {You see my 12 birds] and hes like nothing Ive ever experienced LOL [whats yours like].

If only life were that simple all the time- "hey kids clean your rooms..... I'll give you a nut!!!" Somehow I don't think that'd work!

Well Silus is 8 months Old, and he is such a lover!!!! He's very sweet. Loves to cuddle and play tug-a-war with me.He has his morning Flock call and I answer him then he's pretty quite until the evening. Evening time comes he goes through all his words. Good boy Silus,what,what ya doin,and hello Silus. His new word was Love you said it for the first time tonight. He goes potty in the garbage can on demand. He does really good with the Harness. We couldn't ask for a better bird.
