We have had Oscar for approx 5 years, and I need to find a new forever family for him as I just cannot give him the attention and playtime he so needs and wants. I'm not sure of his age, but I know hes male from the vet test. He is well cared for by myself and his vet. I want him to go to a good home with parrot experience, so I came here to this forum.
