Hi all

I bought me an Indian Ringneck about a month ago :green2:. And i like him very much. We called him Yoshi and he is 2 months old.

He eating very good, all kinds of fruits and veggies and seed. No complain.
But I have noticed that a month ago when I have purchased it from the store he was more green then he is now. He became very light green. Is it smth I do wrong?
Is it I need to add smth else to his food?

I want him to be bright green in colour, is it possible?
Pls advice,
Thank you

Hey Lorenzo, i think your in the wrong section,LOL you can move it to the IRN section .

Feathers don't change color after they mature and are out of the "pin" stage. They molt in new feathers that might be a different color than the old ones they replace ,but they don't change color unless they're damaged some how. Goggle "bronzing " of parrot feathers.
