My Sweetie little babies update after 3 years!

It's been more than 3 years now and I haven't been active on the forum lately. I just wanted to upload the latest pic of them sleeping on me. I had a few questions here..
Both of my parrots trust me completely. The female parrot is mature now and is ready to mate but my male parrot doesn't seem to get the gesture. I have seen the male feed female many times but when the female is ready sitting in the position male parrot won't hop on her. And female is really picky actually. In the pic it seems she is calm but during morning she becomes a rebellion and tries to bite me everyday. But after I pick her up from the cage and scratch her head she becomes calm and obeys me. Sometimes she runs over to catch and bite the male when I am around the cage. I really don't get that behaviour. On the contrary male is really calm speaks a lot and never tries to bite. In fact I can completely say he is 100% bite free as he doesn't even bite strangers and I can say that he doesn't know how to bite actually ����
Can someone please suggest me what can I do to have some cute little babies here.

Breeding is an awesome responsibility and not for the faint of heart. There is no guarantee this pair will actually breed and become good parents. You may be presented with newborn chicks and disinterested parents, requiring you to hand-feed literally around the clock for weeks.

Well taking care of them won't be a problem for me because I bought them when they were really small chicks. I have hand raised them so I know it's a lot of responsibility. Feeding them every few hours keeping them warm and giving love when they need. Here are the photos of them when I bought them.

Best way is to provide a nest box (preferably wood) attached to cage and let them "set up shop." No guarantees a pair will bond for mating and it might take some time, so be patient! It can take years in some cases, my bonded pair of Goffins took 8 years until the first chick.

I have a male IRN bonded with a female cockatiel, both lutino. I just wanted to comment on some of the IRN biting. My IRN is very protective of the cockatiel and if you give her any attention he will rise to the occasion, often putting himself between me and her, but also will go to her and start biting at her feet or even pull her off a perch. I think he is just trying to protect her by making her move to a "safer" place. That behavior has lessened quite a bit during the past year as the IRN has gotten a lot more comfortable with me. They are 6-1/2 years old and I've had them about 18 months.
