My ringneck is losing feathers

My 5 month old ringneck is losing 10 to 20 feathers eachday. He doesnt seem to have any signs of depression or any external sicknesses. What is the cause behind this and can you reccomend ways to solve this problem

Is he getting bald patches, losing mostly flight/tail feathers, or losing them evenly over his body?

Hes losing them evenly over his body no signs of any balf patches

Sounds like molting then just give extra baths and forgive any grumpiness.

We own other ringnecks and none of them lost as much feathers. We have changed tonys diet as well with more proteins and regular baths

He’s a baby and they often molt 4-6 months of age. Drastic changes will do it as well, and honestly some birds just molt harder than others. The first molt is a doozy for any bird; the baby feathers are grown extremely quickly and need to be replaced sooner than adult feathers.
