My parrot seems aggressive

Hey.
So my Miko has been with me for almost a month now and she has grown close to me.
When i got her she had almost no feathers and now they have grown a lot.
Today while I was playing with her she started flapping her wings a lot.
Now she normally does that a little but today she did it for like 30 seconds continuously.
And she seems to be aggressive too.
She was trying to bite my fingers so much.

Is it bc she is happy?
Or is something the problem

She may have just been getting a little overexcited! If she keeps repeating the behavior, try to pay special attention to what is going on right before she starts the behavior and that might help you determine why she is doing it.

What kind of bird is she? How old? Is she sexed? In general, it is hormone season, but we can't blame every ill behavior on hormones . Do you work on training with her?
