He looks VERY sick. Please take him to the vet immediately, there isn't anything you can do at home.

Where are you located?

Is there a vet that you can call that might be able to connect you to someone closer?

Your bird's condition is very serious.

no :-(
i just give hem now antibiotics Moxypen, and hope it is will help hem

Did you give him human antibiotics? I looked up moxypen and it's amoxicillin, which isn't used to treat birds. He needs different medicine, and to be kept warm, but without seeing a vet I don't know what the outcome would be.

Please try to call a vet or a shelter that might have a vet and talk to them.

Your bird is in need of immediate care. If there is no avian (bird) vet nearby, a regular dog/cat vet may be better than nothing. They may be able to contact an avian vet in a larger city and prescribe a more appropriate medicine, or draw blood for analysis.

Could not find an Israeli site to search for avian vets, but found this:

Dr Shlomit Levy- PARROTS AND OTHER BIRDS VETERINARIAN in Israel

Some members have in the past suggested contacting a local falcon society for guidance.

Please keep us advised, hope your Quaker improves.

Hi, Oren, make every effort possible to contact a vet, thru the link above. Parrots hide their illness as much as possible. When they get to the point your bird is, they are very sick indeed. I know it Sabbath, but keep trying. Make it clear this is an emergency. We all are wishing you and Your little guy the best. Please let us know how he's doing, and if you need support, we are there for you.

I am hoping you can find a vet for him from Scott's link. I am so sorry he is so sick, and hope he recovers. Please keep us updated.

Hi Oren my thoughts and prayers are with you and your beloved little Quaker...the others have given you some advice about where you might get help I cannot add to that but I do hope you get some help somewhere and that your Quaker makes it.

If you cant get a vet to help your little Quaker perhaps this article might help you...does anyone keep pigeons near you perhaps there is a pigeon store where at least you could get an avian antibiotic rather than use what you are using ...
