It takes time, especially with store bought budgies. You have to build trust. You need to make them aware that you are not a threat. The first step is to spend a lot of time, just sitting/hanging out by their cage. Probably a couple weeks of this. The next step would to be offer some food by hand, but still not attempt to pet/grab the birds at this stage. Patience, patience, patience.

Congratulations on your new budgies :). Many parent raised wild budgies can be tamed with much time and patience, but not all of them will be into being handled, especially as they become mature. It really depends on each individual's personality. Regardless, it will take much time and patience. It is even harder to tame a budgie who is not a single pet. Very slow steps. First you need to be getting your birds used to the new surroundings and cage, without forcing your hands upon them right now. Talk softly to them, watch their body language closely and back off if they seem nervous. I know we as humans are often anxious to establish a bond, but from the bird's perspective, you are a giant species grabbing for them and that's scary. Once they are used to the place a little more, you can offer bits of millet spray from your hands and see if they will hop on, or show interest. Again, if they're nervous, back off.

If you have any concerns about the health of your birds, (and even without concerns) it is always a good idea to bring a new bird to an avian vet for a wellness check, and ask any questions you might have to the vet who can see your bird in person.

I also would not keep a nest in there. When your budgies become mature (it doesn't take long for them to grow up) it can cause hormonal and breeding issues that you as a novice pet owner don't need the complications of. I'd replace this nest with toys and a swing. Budgies love swings, and they love to play with toys!

If you have pics that would be great! :)

Use some punctuation . Perhaps then we can understand what in heck you are saying; it's a great way to make sure you are understood.

Firstly thanks everyone. Now they both came together and sit one is little familiar and other is just. 1 day passed,I have some questions?
How long do they live.
Can they be taught to speak and tricks.
And last how to post pic in here.

Are these the standard budgies, and not the English variety? Depending on their individual genetics, a standard budgie "can" live to be in their teens. I've even heard of late teens. Most don't though, due to either illness, accidents, or predisposition to bad genetics which is unfortunately common.

Yes, depending on individual personality, some budgies can be very good at talking, and they can be taught to do tricks just like larger parrots.

The best and easiest way to upload pics is to use a free account from Photobucket. Looking forward to seeing your budgies!

Congratulations on your new additions to the family. Budgies are wonderful and great fun. Some do talk others dont and they are smart too really smart. The only advice I would add to the above info is that you should work in 2 to 3 short training sessions a day with your birds and pick something thats easy for them to do to begin with so in other words set them up to succeed and then praise them for doing as you asked...training sessions should be one on one to begin with so that you have your budgies whole and complete attention without the distraction of his/her buddies. You will have lots of fun with your budgies...enjoy them and welcome to the forum. I hope all goes well at the vet when you go for their wellness check...some budgies will eat a treat from your hand but others wont...my Elsa (Budgie) wont take a treat but a word of praise and a scritch is the reward she craves. I cant see the budgie so well in the pic...maybe its because Im viewing it on the smaller screen of my phone. Looking forward to seeing lots of pics of your babies and hearing how you progress with them.

They're both good looking birds :). They would definitely benefit from the addition of swings, toys, and more perches. Budgies all seem to love swings, and they love to chew. Do you have access to bird toys where you are? The online stores are a good source for toys too if you look at a site that ships to what country you're in. Good luck, and keep us posted with your new little guys!

They are great and intelligent little birds. Lots of advice given here. Trust takes time. They would definitely benefit with some good basic wooden perches, a variety of toys (some with bells too), a variety of perches. It's good they at least have shelter. Eventually if you can get them comfortable enough and a little training, they love to bathe.
