So I just got home from the bird show in Nashville and am now the proud parront of a 4 month old Female Black headed Ciaque...she is settling in as I type...Will post pictures ASAP

I had her surgically sexed by Dr. Scott McDonald...she is sooo tiny compared to Parker and Charlie

not yet I told my husband he could name her so it may take years...LOL...
 
I saw her first with you!!!!!! :D

She settled in nicely so far. I put her to bed around 8 since she had such a long day. Charlie seems to like her, Parker not so much
 
I see, you just got her !! SOOOO cute . Your going to have fun !! Love our blk headed Caiques [That's why we have 2 :) ] They love our whole family.They even like friends that come over. Such a people bird.Cant wait to hear what you think of the difference of them compared to the Zons.
 
I keep see this little guys and keep telling myself " NO MORE!" She is supper cute!

Night and day difference so far...I plan on taking her everywhere I can...she makes the cutest little peeps...we are still trying to find a name

How long before she gets her birdy legs...she still has unsure footing...
 
Looks like she has a good size cage [maybe its bigger than what shes used to ] I got my sunconure at a fair [she was in a aquarium]. I don't think she had ever been in a cage or had seen perches before. Poor thing ,it was rough for a little while .I kept a towel at tne bottom of the cage.

She does okay in the cage unless she get startled... but perching on my fingers or hand she has some trouble
 
Maybe she wasn't handled much [Don't worry she will get better] ;)
 
Any name thoughts yet ? For some reason I think Caique names are a big deal
