Congrats on your new family member! Parrots are a lot of responsibility, so be prepared to spend a lot of time on it!

When you bring it home, leave it in its cage for a while until it looks comfortable. Make sure it has plenty (5+) of toys to keep it entertained, but don't expect him to play with them for a few days. He's in a new home so he's probably scared!

Make sure he has fresh water twice a day, vegitables once or twice a day, and enough pellets to supliment.

Once he looks comfortable, you can open the cage and let him explore. DO NOT force him out of the cage. Give him his space unless he comes to you.

The first few weeks/months you need to let him set the pace. Work with him by target training with him a few times a day if you can.

He needs to get comfortable with you, so just sit near him as often as you can to let him get used to you. Try to keep the room around him calm as well.

Good luck!

Hey karigan thank you so much my english not soo good thank you for understand me and reply my question
If my parrot shout too much what i have to do if i getting darker room is it sense safier.

It depends on the bird. A parrot will vocalize twice a day, when the sun comes up and when it goes down. There is nothing to be done about this, but if he's screaming non-stop, this is a learned behaviour that must be trained out.

First make sure he has everything he needs, and if he does than he's just trying to get attention. Ignore it if it happens whenever you are not in the room, no matter how long it takes. Cockatoo owners are known for having to do this.

You can cover him or turn off the lights, but do not do this too often or for very long. Parrots need sunlight and it's important that it has enough. It should also sleep for about 12 hours straight at night.

The most important thing is to make sure he's healthy, have you had him looked at yet? Some birds yell because something is wrong, and it's up to you to rule out disease.
