My Macaw

My macaw Samba died a few years ago and she was a sweetheart i loved her sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. She died we think of cancer. We are not positive though. I miss her so much and my avvie (avatar) looks like her. If you are sad for me or have anything to say post it on here.

I'm sooo sorry that had to be tuff. Are you open to a new Avian Friend? We will help anyway we know how. I'm usually really lonly too I don't have any friends in this town except my birdy babies, but these guys on the forum are really like a family and I feel closer to them than alot of people I've actually met. My mom laughs when I start talking about them like people I see every day

Welcome! I've only lost a bird friend when i was very young, i couldnt even remember its name, i just know he was green and we buried him in our backyard in a cardboard box. I'm sorry for your loss, hope you'll find a perfect friend again one day!

Welcome to the Family! There are many here I call friends and I am sure you will find them very friendly, knowledgeable and inviting!

I lost my Parrotlet in January. He died in my hand while I drove like a crazed maniac to the hospital. He is now buried in our strawberry patch with his favorite bell and an amulet. It is important to remember the good times, good memories ... those are what carry you through the valleys.

Ya know, Christy and I talk about this all the time, we all know you guys, but we don't really KNOW you at all ... but yet, I know that should you, any of you (well ... except for maybe that 'Minzer' chic) ever show up on my doorstep for any reason you would be welcome in my home ... and I am pretty sure that most of you feel the same way here as well ...

So, Peta, when we go on our honeymoon to Ireland next year, we'll swing by.... As you can tell we are like a very big familly here and we share staff about our fids other pets and not just these!

I'm sure you'll have a great time here and will learn a lot, there are tones of post daily, I've been away for the weekend and I have to go through now 180 posts!

I'm sure everyone feels the same here! I think my head is overloaded (and still haven't read half of the posts), so I can't say much!

I think I've told you before but I will tell you again that I'm very happy I found you! (Greece is also a nice place for holidays if anyone of you wants to visit, a little burnt at the moment but still beautifull!)
