My Grey not talking

I'm curious, too! My grey is 13 years old. He started talking when he was about 1. He is a major chatter box! But like everyone said, there are no guarantees they will talk. The more you interact with them the better in either case!

And I have a 20 year old that will go months with out saying anything. But beware trying to use and kitchen appliance, they beep and ding on there own! Also DO NOT LEAVE SCARY MOVIES ON FOR THEM TO WATCH!!! They learn blood curdling screams that the love to give people heart attacks with!

Try setting up something to record him while he is home alone. I've read lots of posts here and there, and seen videos of parrots that actually are talking, singing, etc. but only when no one is around.

I know my grey talks a lot more when no one is in the room!
