2 Male Catalina Macaws~Roscoe & Angel, 1 Female Green Wing Macaw~Ruby Jewel, 1 Female Solomon Island Eclectus~Leyla Belle, 1 female Pineapple Green Cheek Conure~Peta, 8 Budgies
Roscoe is my 1 yr. old Catalina hybrid macaw. He is my best bud in feathers. I brought him home from the breeder when he was 5 months old and I love spending time with him.

When I first started looking to add a macaw to my home last Nov. I was looking for a green wing. I have always loved the looks of the GW since the first picture I ever saw of one. I didn't find any available in my state at the time. When I contacted the breeder of Roscoe & saw that adorable face in his baby pic, I decided he was the one for me. I am still looking for the green wing that wants to join my flock.

Here are a few pics of Roscoe snuggling with me and on his play perch.

WOW, his chest is so brightly colored I need sunglasses! :D Roscoe is GORGEOUS! I can see how you fell in love with him - I know I would have!

Are you still looking for a GW? I know a breeder in TX...just saying... ;)

It's easy to see the love between you and Roscoe :). The contrast of his color pattern is striking! He's a gorgeous bird! Thanks for sharing the photos!

Thanks everyone. Roscoe is a sweetheart...most of the time. We are very good pals, but I do know he hasn't gone through the hormonal stage which is come up in the near future. So I expect a few rocky moments ahead.

Yes I am still looking for a GW JerseyWendy. I have searched the best I can & have not found anyone actively breeding GWs in Texas. If you know of one I would be very thankful for the info'. Sometime in the next year I am hoping to find one. I will not feel my flock complete until I have a GW happily squawking away.
