My conure skye just tried to regurgitate food for me, what does that mean?

She is bonding with you. It's their instinct. It comes with the head bobbing. My Sun has regurgiated on me a few times. I can usually tell when the head bob gets to the point where she wants to, but I stop her. I've heard/read that you shouldn't let them make a habit of it. Each time, though it's just a little, it's nutrients they're losing.
But just rest assure, it's a bonding thing.
Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken.

Its not because they lose nutrients. They can eat more to gain that food back.

The main issue is they may become overly aggressive. It is a bonding thing yes.
