Yes it is definitely the latter you described which is positive!

I gave my second GCC away to a local individual who is quite the bird specialist. He reminded me too much of Stitch as I brought them home roughly the same time.

I now have the two mentioned in the thread - A Caique (Gizmo) and baby Sun Conure.
