I just post about questioning the sex of my bird and got a result of it being a female after me thing it was a male. ive had him not her for a few days they had its name a boys name. Can I change the name or will it confuse her?

You can definitely change names if you wish. Especially if you just barely got the bird and named it, it doesn't even know it's name yet.

Even if it was named something for a while and you didn't like the name, I'd not hesitate to change it anyway. Eventually they'd come to know they have a new name.
