Molting

My GCC has started molting. She has been a bit irritable but not too bad, what concerns me is that she has been shivering, is this normal? should I provide her with a heat lamp? What else should I be doing to ensure her comfort while she's molting. Any insight would be much appreciated, this is the first bird mold i have ever had to deal with.

No, shivering is NOT NORMAL. If your house is at a reasonable temp please RUSH TO A CERTIFIED AVIAN VET IMMEDIATELY!

Be 100% sure it's an avian vet and GET GRAM STAINS!!
