Rudi is adorable! How cool that you have pics literally from the egg
I was wondering what the bar spacing is on his cage..I think the pics may be making it look wider than it is

Could I make one suggestion, though? Replace the round wooden dowels in his cage with natural wood perches. Much better for the feet!

Thanks everyone he's a beaut and yes deffo very in.love and proud, the breeder kept me updated all the way through so.was fab to get updates all the way he wasn't expecting any more babies until next year as the pair he put together were inexperienced so once the egg was laid I.had the pic sent to.me I was so happy o,
The bar spacing is 1.5 cm so it's fine lol the pic does make it look much wider ;0).
Yeah the dowels aren't great I've ordered one will have to go back as it doesn't fit so.I'm still looking for new perches ;0). Will get a better pic of his cage tomorrow and put it up and see ifyou guys ccan think of any other changes or added.bits he would like more perches are deffo needed though :0) xxx thanks guys

Looking forward to more pictures It is funny how the camera can make everything look different. I posted a pic once and it looked like the lamp was right on top of my birds head..lol.
