Hello everyone! Sorry I didn't post sooner. We have been very busy since bringing Milo home last Saturday. Things are going well so far. He is settling in nicely and SO sweet. We just love that pi smell too! Milo is about 10 weeks old and is a blue head. He enjoys burrowing under throw pillows on the couch and making sweet baby sounds. He is on 2 hand feedings a day but it starting to lost interest in his morning feed. My breeder requires hand feeding babies to be brought back a week from purchase so they can check to make sure things are going well with hand feeding. I will be leaving shortly with him for that visit and plan to talk to them about dropping his morning feeding soon. I have hand fed before, but he is just so different than what I'm used to! I don't always feel confident, so I ask a lot of questions. I'm learning! So far, Milo has not tried a single bite of real food. The breeder said he had been starting to show interest in his chop when he was still there and said I should offer it daily along with several bigger chunks (apples, for example) so that he can pick through and get a taste for what he likes. However, he acts like he doesn't even know it's food at all. He is very content to sit on his favorite perch all day and do nothing haha. I have heard they can be perch potatoes. Hopefully he eventually becomes more active. I have tried moving his food dish right next to the perch he is always on but he doesn't even look at the food. Very frustrating as I am wasting a lot of fresh food :( So, overall, things are going well and we love him, but we are still learning about each other. Now take a look at this cuteness!

You're right, serious cuteness! I think the blue heads are gorgeous and baby Milo is no exception. Enjoy your new addition. Thanks for sharing all the great photos.

Incredible cuteness! I love the eyes, and the glasses are a perfect fit! Oh, wait! Milo? Oops!! Very cute too!

What a cutie Milo is! I love the Blue Headed Pi :).

Raven was weaned by his breeder, but he was close to 4 months. If you don't already have a gram scale, best to purchase one since you're still handfeeding a baby. Best wishes with Milo! Looking forward to updates!

Milo is adorable!!! That's the first one I have seen that young, how absolutely precious:)
