Are the cockatieils generally about the most cheerful and happy of all birds? I've been watching way too many bird videos and it seems like the tiels are pretty cool, easy going little birds. Maybe it's really just the tiny cockatoo crest. Or the shape of their beaks and those cute rosy cheeks making them seem more cheerful than they are...

Yes, cockatiels are some amazing birds! I had one for years who I still miss dearly. Sweetest of temperaments and most playful of personalities. Loved that little guy.
