well today my man had nut in kitchen, an his callin me in to look at what nut was doin, his like aww she's so cute an doin all the baby talk with her:10: so i go to see, she always does the nicest things with him! the tart! lol

well it was the mating dance, her wings lowered, she was boppin about over his hands an waggin her tail :11:

now as cute as this looks, how do we discourage her, without up settin her??
(i really should say how does he discourage her lol)
an upset nut is a mental nut

i just told him to put her down, so his popped her into room with me, but she is currently cryin while takin my curtains down, as his left room

Poor nut! I just set merlin down & walk away, I know it hurts his feelings. Better that than doing the nasty on my hand. He's not doing this yet, but my sister's cockatiel did it all the time, he even finished. So not going to happen w/merlin, at least not on any body part of mine.

Bitty always gets worked up when I play with her. I usually just ignore it, or just talk soothingly so she calms down. I'm really starting to doubt whether Bitty is only 2 years old. It would be just one more lie the lady told me.
