Lutino males are pretty unusual. A pied male or a normal male would be good. Any trait that's sex linked recessive is 3x more likely to be female. Lutino, albino, cinnamon (light greyish brown instead of grey) and ,pearl are all sex linked recessive traits).
If you really want a male you need to get a DNA test or wait until the baby is at least six months old to tell by its adult plumage. You can ask the breeder to have the baby you're interested in DNA tested. You'll have to pay for the tests. To save $$ on DNA tests, only test pied or normall color babies because they're much more likely to be male than lutinos, albinos, cinnamon and pearls.
