making parrots

hi there
i am looking for information about parrots and the most popular ones as i have just expanded our range of products and i am hoping you will be able to help us with pictures and which ones are the most popular this is the first one we have made and what i would like to know is how many different macaws there are and what are the most popular parrots at this time
this is our first parrot plaque to give you an idea this is 25 inchs x 7 inchs

if any one can help we would be gratefull i would like a front view picture of a blue and gold if any one has one please
please note if you have an interesting bird we may be interested in making a plaque of it

Welcome to the forums,

The plaque looks great. You may have the best luck getting a complete list of different species by checking wikipedia, they will also have some pictures or you could get the common name from wikipedia and do a google image search.

We may, however, be able to be more help in suggesting which are the most popular; though we each may have our own opinions.

I don't know as much about macaws, but there are quite a few popular conure species. It also seems that decorative parrot products often focus on macaws - there may be a better market for the under represented species such as many conures.

Sun conures are quite popular and very attractive. Green cheek conures are also common, as are dusky conures (like the one in my picture). These three are probably my favorites.

we are looking for good photos like from your self as most pics on the web are of poor quality and we like to have the best quality photo to start with and we can then give a better quality plaque that is if you have any
