Making chop, radish tops safe?

In the middle of making chop, wondering if radish tops are safe to cut up and toss in as well? I found a couple of sites that said it was ok, thoughts?

My birds go crazy for them, I use the tops as well as the actual radish

I'll remember that for next time, I didn't want to chance it so I gave the tops to the bunnies
