Some new stuff for the budgie cage. None of this cost me a dime :). I used all spare parts that I had. I'm slowly decorating Chip's side of the double flight cage while he's still in quarantine.

Beaded Canopy Swing. For those rainy days :D. I'm pleased how this one came out. The canopy is a coconut shell.

Love the toys.and youve even got a little foot toy for him too but my favourite is the rainy day swing Chip is a very Lucky boy indeed to have such a talented mom who makes him such lovely toys and who spoils him so. Chip should be really pleased with all of those new toys to explore and play with :)

Thank you Birdigirl :). I'm glad I thought to use the coconut shell for something. I guess I could have also turned it upside down for a hanging feeder.

You can do that with the next one. Chip is a very lucky boy :)

Good going Julie, he is certainly a lucky little fella to have such a wonderful mom. Love the pics and reports on how he's doing btw, keep them coming, we're not bored yet LOL.

Great job, Julie! I love the new swings and the tiny foot toy, you're very creative! Chip will be so comfortable in his new place, can't wait to see pics of the little cutie when he moves in.

Thank you for the kind comments, I appreciate it! So you'll be sure to let me know when you're bored? :18:. I realize not everyone is interested in Budgies, but I can tell you, I'm sure glad I "discovered" the species by accident. I was never interested either, but after I learned first hand what these little guys were about, especially the hand tame ones, I was hooked!

Some really nice stuff!

Thank you David :)!

Thanks Allee, it's fun decorating. I can't wait until he moves in. I'll be glad when quarantine is over, he's doing great but needs a bigger cage since he's so active.

I have a big box of miscellaneous bird toy making stuff that I've accumulated over the years. I will have to make more.

Julie, great work! So far my creative items have turned to dust with Buzz. Yes I'm still figuring this out with all my fids!

"Turned to dust" literally would be a good thing, that means he liked it! :18:

Thank you Terry, it was fun making the swings. It's so easy to make budgie toys too, and better than paying $8-10 for a few beads on a string lol.

Thanks April :) I can't wait to see him on it for the first time.
