Hello, can someone tell me the colour difference in lutino cockatiels? From what I have been able to find out, the **** is white with a yellow face, but are the solid yellow ones both male and female?

Females have the barring on the underside of the tail just like any other female cockatiel. That is the only visual difference between male and female lutinos, but even that isn't 100%.

well the lutino mutation can also be a lutino pied, which will have darker yellow blotches on the body, or be more yellow in the body. plus lutino pied females can be lacking bars in the feathers if those feathers are affected by the pied mutations.

however, that aside, megapixel is correct about the lutino females having the barring on the tails and wingspots (if older than a year, males have the same marks when young.)
