Hi everyone,
I have a Peach Faced Lovebird that I have owned for around 15 years now. I don't know if it's a boy or girl but I have always called her Elizabeth. I just recently upgraded her cage to this one: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Prevue-Products-Wrought-F040-31-Inch/dp/B00176F5L0/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?ie=UTF8&dpID=41YaUzTwUsL&dpPl=1&keywords=flight%20cage&pi=SY200_QL40&qid=1462403532&ref=plSrch&ref_=mp_s_a_1_1&sr=8-1"]Amazon.com : Prevue Pet Products Wrought Iron Flight Cage with Stand F040 Black Bird Cage, 31-Inch by 20-1/2-Inch by 53-Inch : Birdcages : Pet Supplies[/ame]
She has been enjoying all of her new space to fly around in. She currently has a ladder, mirror, two fabric hangers that she loves sleeping on every night, swing, cuddlebone, beak stone, and a greenish smaller perch although she doesn't seem to sit on that one. What other toys or things would be a good idea to add to her cage?
Also, she has always been fed a seed diet but now doing research it seems there are pellets and fruits and veggie feedings. Should I try and switch her to pellets or keep her on seeds? What's a good brand of pellets/seeds to try? What fruits and veggies would be good for her to try and do I just cut them up in bite sized pieces for her and put them in one of her food cups?
