Lovebird Leg Band Size

Does anyone know what size leg bands will fit adult Black Masked and Fischer’s lovebirds? I found these split bands that come in either 4 mm, 4.7 mm, or 6mm.

For lovebirds, it depends on the size of the leg, but from reading around about parrots I would recommend the 4.7 mm or the 6 mm.
