i got the directions for this from a book called Parrot Toys, sorry don't have it in front of me. It's a PVC playstand that fits inside a large litter box, which makes it easy to transport - so you can have a parrot handy at all times.

PVC is so easy to make stuff with, but I hate the smell of the glue. I made a car seat perch which I gave to Amy. It stank up the car all the way to Jims house, I had to drive with my window open. Stopped after awhile though. Nice job on the litter box stand.

Wrench is so correct, that glue is tough! Especially in an Automobile.

An FYI: The tubing can be a bit overly smooth! A quick rub with a heavy grit sandpaper (like 60 grit) to provide a better grip for your Parrots.

Remember, while there is still an odor, that stuff is deadly to your bird! Your liver too!
I make all mine without any glue, if needed, jam a piece of string in the joint!

Nice stand!

Should have said, none of the joints are glued. They fit tightly enough without it, and I can reconfigure the thing easily. Though once the glue is cured, it's not any more toxic that the PVC. Definitely play keep away with birds and pipe glue until long time cued. Also I put vet wrap on the horizontal perch, but had removed it for cleaning. I like the wrap...it seems to make a good grip and is cheap and easy to replace when it gets soiled.
