I kid you not, its been an hour and my pcc Petri landed on her cage with me in the room and she bit his toe. I am covered in blood and I am on the way to the vets. I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID ANYTHING OMGgggggggggg. It's like karma!!!!!!!

Lintini - I know you had an emergency last night with your one bird getting his foot bit and you being covered in blood, so I was just hoping to hear how the vet trip went (it was fairly late) and if the bird is ok. I know I'm being nebby but I coudn't help but think about it today and look to see if you had posted - and so far you haven't. Any news?

Has anybody heard anything about this yet?

I spoke to her yesterday, and Petri is doing ok and has returned from the vets, which is good news!

I was going to type this last night, but thought I would wait and see if Lindsey was going to reply, it's her post ;)

Thank you Wendy and Beth for responding. No I hadn't tried PMing her, I feel strange doing that and I have never done it except to respond to someone who has sent me a private message (and that experience has not always been pleasant!) - I can be surprsiingly shy.

I had just been concerned about her and her bird because she seemed very distressed at the time and I, like some others, get a bit caught up in how a sick bird is doing, or what the vet said, how the recovery is going, etc., things like that. I just wanted to know the outcome. Thanks again.

And Wendy, since Beth has already answered my question - you could even close this thread or delete if you like - however these things are handled lol
