Hello, I am trying to hand rear a Linnie baby after he was abandoned in the nest at 10 days old. He was cold and lying on his back. I have him under a CHE lamp next to my bed. He is in a little tub lined with loo paper. I am feeding him every 3/4 hours with the last feed around 10pm. 4 days on and although he is eating from a syringe just fine and starting to grow fuzz, he just doesn't look like he's thriving. He's not much bigger and doesn't seem plump. He wakes up in the middle of the night and starts peeping constantly. I check the temps which are around the mid 80's so am wondering what I am doing wrong. I don't like to feed him at 3am as he wouldn't get fed at this hour naturally. His eyes are still shut. Can anyone advise on what else |i should be doing or what it is I am doing wrong????
