Do you have a picture of him? Sun conures and jendays look very similar when they are young. The sunnies replace most of the green on their wings with yellow feathers as they get older while the wings of jendays stay green. If Liang Zai has as much yellow on his wings as Nicky then I bet he is a sun conure. How old was he when he was given to you? Has he gotten more yellow feathers since you've had him?
