How about a non avian friend. Not my dog, but a rover boarder who stays with us so often he might as well be ours. This is scout the cavalier King Charles spaniel. He is golden retriever sweet. Big lover. Cloying at times, won’t let you out of his sight and is therefor always under foot Or under dinner plate.

You know, I am thinking of making one now that you mention it! Maybe about what happens when I leave for work, my birds, cats and dog all hang out together and fight over what to watch on tv...lol! I'll keep thinking.
