Leg Band information on Nanday Conure

Does anyone out there Know a breeder In NC with these letter EEB as there leg band info. My Conure has EEB NC 500 on its Closed leg band. Can anyone help me

Here's the list bird breeders.com has on NC breeders, but I don't see any names that would be EEB. Bird Breeders in North Carolina NC - BirdBreeders.com - Avian Directory of Available Birds and Bird Breeders I'll keep lookin' and see if I can find anything else though.
