hi
can any one run me by sprouting? whats the best option for a piouns.
ive looked on youtube but didn't fully understand, when do you feed the sprouted seeds? when the sprout pokes out or grows abit? and do you leave it on in the seed or not? sorry if these questions are abit silly.
then how much a day do you feed, is it purely just sprouted seeds or with basic seed mix? what seeds/ beans are good.
finally how long do they last and how do i store once spouted. thanks
