Great picture, I remember my Neleno at this age and he too was very big for his age. His sister was 1/2 the size he was. Today his weight is just over 1700 grams and even larger then some HY Macaws I know. He truely lives up to the term gentle giant.
GW bond with their owners like no other Macaw. Wait until your GW is 2-3 years old. They are so much fun and I hope their personality is like my GW, he is a real clown. Best of luck Joe
