On Sunday Kito managed to get off the ground for a couple of inches and flew about 3 inches, as is always the way I didn't have the camera near me at the time, well it was first thing in the morning. Here he is trying his hardest to take off, this picture was taken the night before

On the Java Tree, Oh mum this is high, not sure I like it.....

The Java Tree was the only thing I was real worried about, as Bucc doesn't like anyone messing with HIS java tree, but he seemed fine when I put Kito on there. In fact he was watching him and telling him he was a good boy. On the bottom picture they could have reached out and touched each other, so if Bucc was gonna go for Kito he would have done it then I think, but no they still seem firm friends. Bucc can't seem to understand why Kito won't fly with him, and Kito can't seem to get the idea of how Bucc manages to do that. Its gonna be double trouble any day now, so the camera is always by my side and all ready to just take a quick snap. It really won't be long now before he takes off.

Kito has this thing that he will scream when I get him out, almost like he doesn't want to go out, Bucc thinks I'm hurting him and thats it. Kito also does the same thing when I put him in. Crazy bird.
