Kenji and pomegranate *pics*

I bought Kenji(and Rosie, but she threw hers on the floor repeatedly) a pomegranate, he obiviousl has had one before. It was the first thing he took from the bowl, and he totally new how to eat it I sliced it into large pieces so he'll be having it throughout the week.

He really was happy He had a whole bowl of fruit and the pomegranate was grabbed first without even looking at the other stuff lol

I fed Fargo pomegranates once, and the next day he got a little red lump on the side of his face... I have NO idea if it was related to the new food, but i never gave it to him again after that, it might of just been a weird coincidence, who knows!

I wouldn't be surprised if Fargo had a slight allergy to it, pomegranate is thought to have originated in Iran. Iran is across the world from the native habitat of the blue and gold macaw. If a birds going to be allergic to something it would probably be a exotic fruit lol

lol When he really likes something he holds it up next to his head and makes chewing noises before going back to eating it lol like he's saying "thankyou for this"

His old parront commented on my facebook and said he's always LOVED pomegranate lol

How sweet, it's nice that you keep in touch with his old parront too.

Love it when Merlin enjoys his food, makes a low purr at it then stabs his beak back into it again. Best thing ever! You can see Kenji loves it!

Thanks It was really easy to do, I can edit anyone's photo to look like that in about 10-20 minutes
