Can I offer kale everyday along with peppers broccoli carrots to the budgies I heard kale can block calcium absorption so how much is too much.

That’s actually a personal question for your bird. Whatever the bird will eat. If they won’t eat it voluntarily, the smaller, the better.

Also does it matter that there are black dots on the Korean very tiny. It's still safe to feed right.
