wow that's horrible . the tiny pvc pipe containers they are in are just plain cruel. i am so glad that they caught this man and hopefully they will be able to release these birds back to the wild.

I couldn't resist . I didn't mean to sound insensitive but as sad as it is, I know this sort of animal abuse is nothing new (just the location is new).
